L&rsquo;annexe A op\u00e8re une distinction entre 3 types de modifications orthop\u00e9diques des chaussures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>Type 1 &#8211; \u00c9quipement avec des semelles int\u00e9rieures pr\u00e9par\u00e9es<br \/>\nType 2 &#8211; Chaussures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 modifi\u00e9es<br \/>\nType 3 &#8211; Chaussures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur mesure<\/p>\n<p>Des exigences de contr\u00f4le sp\u00e9cifiques sont d\u00e9finies pour ces trois types, ce qui augmente l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue des contr\u00f4les. Outre les modifications de l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue des essais, l&rsquo;exigence relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquetage des chaussures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dot\u00e9es d&rsquo;appareillages orthop\u00e9diques et d&rsquo;inserts orthop\u00e9diques change \u00e9galement. Avant l&rsquo;introduction de la norme EN ISO 20345\/20347, les exigences en mati\u00e8re de protection orthop\u00e9dique du pied \u00e9taient d\u00e9finies dans la r\u00e8gle DGUV 112-191. La r\u00e8gle DGUV 112-191 (anciennement BGR 191) porte sur l&rsquo;utilisation des protections pour les pieds et les genoux. Elle pr\u00e9voit que pour chaque adaptation orthop\u00e9dique de chaussures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, il faut v\u00e9rifier si celles-ci continuent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la norme EN ISO 20345 conform\u00e9ment au certificat. Ce contr\u00f4le doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 par un organisme de contr\u00f4le officiel, lequel d\u00e9livre ensuite une attestation d&rsquo;examen CE de type.
