Deze is extreem slipvast en heeft een zoolkern van Infinergy\u00ae van BASF, die meer dan de helft van de bij het lopen gebruikte energie teruggeeft aan de drager. Dit ontziet de gewrichten en houdt de voeten langer fit. Een PU-kruipneus beschermt het bovenmateriaal op de neus tegen slijtage, terwijl de benodigde veiligheid wordt gegarandeerd door een stalen neus en een metaalvrije penetratiebescherming van gerecycled materiaal. Wat maakt dit bovenmateriaal zo bijzonder?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;EXTRAGUARD is een bovenmateriaaltechnologie die de voordelen van robuuste materialen zoals leer combineert met die van lichter, ademend textiel. Het nieuwe bovenmateriaal bestaat uit drie lagen: een buitenste, zeer slijtvast en robuuste beschermlaag, de functionele laag, die afhankelijk van het gebruik qua dikte kan worden aangepast, en de innovatieve binnenste verstevigingslaag. Dit driedelige bovenmateriaal wordt verzegeld met GORE-SEAM\u00ae Tape en vervolgens samen met de GORE-TEX\u00ae voering en de zogenaamde Bootie-constructie verwerkt tot een veiligheidsschoen. Het resultaat is een schoen die niet alleen extreem duurzaam en waterdicht is, maar ook veel lichter dan andere robuuste veiligheidsschoenen. EXTRAGUARD behoudt ook bij intensief gebruik zijn vorm en kleur. Daarnaast zijn veiligheidsschoenen met deze nieuwe technologie uiterst onderhoudsvriendelijk: een simpele reiniging met water is voldoende, verzorgingsproducten zoals voor leer zijn niet nodig.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe be\u00efnvloedt EXTRAGUARD de functionaliteit van de schoen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;EXTRAGUARD zorgt ervoor dat de schoen permanent waterdicht blijft \u2013 ook zonder impregneren en zelfs bij mogelijke schade aan het bovenmateriaal. De schoenconstructie neemt praktisch geen vocht van buitenaf op, wat leidt tot een veel geringere gewichtstoename, zelfs bij extreme weersomstandigheden. Omdat EXTRAGUARD-schoenen zich niet met water volzuigen, vermindert dit de vorming van zogenaamde koudebruggen \u2013 de voeten blijven droog en warm, zelfs als de schoen langere tijd in de regen gedragen wordt.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>In welke sectoren profiteren de dragers het meest van veiligheidsschoenen met EXTRAGUARD?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Veiligheidsschoenen zoals de &#8216;Antonio XXSG GTX\u00ae Mid ESD S3S WR CI&#8217; van ELTEN zijn uitermate geschikt voor beroepen waarbij werknemers blootgesteld worden aan zware arbeidsomstandigheden en wisselende weersomstandigheden.
