THE MOLECULAR STRUCTURE

The molecular structure of expanded, thermoplastic polyurethane is made of hard, but also elastic elements.

FOAM BEADS INFINERGY®

The sole core consists of fused Infinergy® foam beads with a diameter of 5 to 10 millimetres.

THE CROSS-SECTION

A cross-section of one foam bead shows air cells with a diameter of 30 to 300 micrometres.

INDIVIDUAL QUALITY ASSESSMENT FOR HEALTH AT WORK

The quality seal of IGR (Interessengemeinschaft der Rückenschullehrer/-innen e.V.) [Association of back specialists] confirms the highly praised features and practical functions of the tested products. IGR certification recognises the adaptability of the product to the physical characteristics of the test person. In accordance with DIN 33 419 /EN ISO 15537 the product’s suitability for use and ergonomics were tested. Products recommended by IGR e.V. can use the slogan “Ergonomic Product”.

AWARD-WINNING DESIGN AND QUALITY

The independent jury for the Plus X Award, the Innovation Prize for Technology, Spot, and Lifestyle, grants a total of seven seals of approval to brands that offer products with a competitive edge in terms of quality and innovation. The “DIALUTION Low ESD S3” won awards in the categories of Innovation, Quality, and Functionality – a unique kind of protective footwear that has been developed specifically for employees with serious medical conditions affecting their feet. The seal of approval in the Quality and Functionality categories was won by the new generation of the BIOMEX PROTECTION technology, which protects users from twisted ankles. BIOMEX PROTECTION features a plastic cuff that wraps around the heel and ankle, stabilising the ankle joint.
