ORTHOPAEDIC ADJUSTMENTS
ELTEN offers you appropriate solutions for the most frequently required adjustments. The existing shoe is customised in such a way that individual or combined adjustments can prevent or even eliminate foot problems that restrict walking ability or the length of time that someone can walk. A variety of materials in different colours and profiles are available to allow any adjustments to be carried out in a visually unobtrusive and individual way.
SHOE LIFTS
- up to 15 mm around the ball of the foot
- up to 30 mm (measured at the heel)
ORTHOPAEDIC INSERTS
- e. g. to reduce strain on the forefoot
OVER AND UNDER-PRONATION INSERTS

THE MATERIAL
The orthopaedic shoemaker/medical supply retailer of your choice can obtain the material for the fittings from our partners, Schein Orthopädie Service KG, Mander-Malms Schuhtechnik GmbH and Matthias Hartmann Orthopädie + Sport GmbH.
INSOLE VARIETY WITH SYSTEM
In order to ensure the necessary orthopaedic support, ELTEN offers a variety of insoles with different procurement options. Depending on your individual needs, the orthopaedic shoemaker or medical supply store of your choice can obtain the appropriate insole from our partner. If you have chosen an ELTEN model that comes with the ELTEN ESD Pro insole (in black or grey), the insole already in the shoe can be modified.
LIABILITY NOTICE
Each type of insole is only certified for selected product groups from the ELTEN collection. Please note that the shoes were tested with the insole offered and in this condition. They meet the requirements of the applicable standard. If the insole is replaced, the shoe will only retain its tested protective properties if the insole is replaced by a comparable insole of the same type from the manufacturer.

INSOLE 785… – SCHEIN ORTHOPAEDIC SERVICE
Orthopaedic insole blank made from Multiform, slow-soled
Individually customisable
Possible modifications: Height compensation up to 8 mm
Scope of delivery: Supplied with or without cover, with flat (5 mm) or high (10 mm) heel, alternatively as a kit (loose cover, adhesive, brush, insole with flat or high heel reinforcement), perforation on forefoot, cover supplied (can be used without)

INSOLE SOFTASTATIC EVA – MANDER-MALMS
Product range made of antistatic EVA material:
Kit:material for individual assembly, including over your own shoe lasts
Milling material for CAD milling: milling blank or insert, 30 mm with top cover
Insole: different lasts to correct different foot misalignments
Configurable insole blank (customisable): insole thickness 5 mm / 8 mm, with and without stiffener, forefoot pad, heel pad, elevation up to 15 mm, different covers available.

Orthopaedic insole, antibacterial top cover
Individually customisable
Possible modifications: Curvature compensation up to 10 mm, pronation wedge, supination wedge with/without longitudinal arch filling, compensation of leg length differences possible
Scope of delivery: insole blank, available glued or with loose cover and pad, optionally with prefabricated adjustment wedges of 6 or 10 mm (sold in pairs).
